Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Super Tile Match mobile application (the "App") operated by Questar Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply.

2. Description of the App

Super Tile Match is a tile-matching puzzle game available on iOS and Android devices. The App includes:

  • Level-based puzzle gameplay with various tile types and effects.
  • Power-ups (Undo, Shuffle, Hint, Extra Slot) to assist gameplay.
  • A lives system and in-game currency (Coins).
  • Cloud save functionality to sync progress across devices.
  • Achievements via Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android).
  • A referral program allowing users to invite others and earn rewards.
  • In-app purchases and advertisements.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

The App may create an anonymous account for you automatically upon first use via Firebase Authentication. You may optionally sign in through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games to enable additional features such as achievements and cloud saves.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Virtual Items and Currency

The App may offer virtual items, in-game currency (Coins), and other digital content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

4.2 No Ads Purchase

The App offers a "No Ads" in-app purchase that removes advertisements. This is a non-consumable purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account.

4.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency within the App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.4 Refunds

All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) through their respective refund processes:

4.5 No Real-World Value

Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services.

5. Advertisements

5.1 Display of Ads

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including but not limited to IronSource LevelPlay, Google AdMob, and Unity Ads. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements.

5.2 Ad Types

The App may display:

  • Rewarded Ads: Optional video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards.
  • Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads displayed at natural transition points in the App.

5.3 Third-Party Ad Content

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for any products, services, or content advertised by third parties. Interaction with advertisements is at your own risk.

5.4 Ad Personalization

Advertisements may be personalized based on your usage data and preferences, subject to your consent where required by law. You may manage your ad preferences as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

The App, including all content, features, functionality, graphics, designs, audio, text, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by Questar Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its Content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features for unfair advantage.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disable, overburden, or impair the App or its servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the App.
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the App.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or negatively affects other users' experience.
  • Abuse the referral system, including creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards.
  • Manipulate or attempt to manipulate game systems for fraudulent in-app purchase refunds.

8. Cloud Save and Game Data

8.1 Cloud Save

The App may synchronize your game progress across devices using cloud save services. While we make reasonable efforts to protect your data, we are not liable for any loss of game progress or data.

8.2 Data Loss

We do not guarantee that your game data will always be available or recoverable. You acknowledge that game progress may be lost due to technical issues, device changes, or service interruptions. We are not responsible for any such data loss.

9. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications to your device. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time. Disabling notifications will not affect core gameplay.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 Third-Party Integrations

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Firebase (Google) — Analytics, authentication, cloud storage, crash reporting, remote configuration.
  • IronSource LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) — Ad mediation and optimization.
  • Google AdMob (Google) — Advertising.
  • Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) — Advertising.
  • Apple Game Center (Apple) — Achievements (iOS).
  • Google Play Games (Google) — Achievements (Android).
  • Google Play Integrity API (Google) — App integrity verification.

10.2 Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party services is subject to those services' respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10.3 Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
  • ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.
  • THE APP WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES OR OPERATING SYSTEMS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUESTAR GAMES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.
  • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Questar Games and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC), or to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Questar Games regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

20. Additional Platform Terms

20.1 Apple App Store

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These Terms are between you and Questar Games, not Apple.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
  • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

20.2 Google Play Store

If you download the App from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
